Marvin Garrett is Senior Vice President of Regulatory and Quality at LENZ Therapeutics and brings over four decades of experience in the healthcare industry, having held senior leadership positions at many of the leading ophthalmology firms in the United States.

Marvin is one of the most accomplished Regulatory and Quality leaders in the eye care space, who has previously worked with companies like Aerie, Alcon, Ista, Bausch + Lomb, Allergan, J&J, and Coopervision, where he was directly responsible for over 60 global approvals and launches.
