
Ahmad Chaudhri is Head of Commercial Operations at LENZ Therapeutics and has over two decades of experience in commercial operations, business development and IT. He is a results-driven leader with expertise in strategic planning, change management, business process management and client relationship building.
Prior to joining LENZ, Ahmad was head of Commercial Operations and Business Analytics Insights at Avanir Pharmaceuticals, where he led all commercial operations activities, including sales, marketing, market research, and Customer Relationship Management. He successfully integrated the company with the parent organization and implemented change management initiatives to enhance staff retention and productivity. He collaborated with various departments to design and implement fair incentive compensation plans and optimize territory alignments and implemented data acquisition and governance strategies to drive revenue generation and enhance sales and marketing program performance.
Prior to his work at Avanir Pharmaceuticals, he was Vice President of Global Digital Technologies and Analytics at Herbalife Nutrition. Ahmad directed the development of digital products, marketing technology, and analytics capabilities to increase awareness, retention, and acquisition of customers and distributors. He led a global team and implemented a multi-year digital transformation roadmap across 90+ markets, ensuring personalized customer experiences and increasing awareness and acquisition. Prior to Avanir, Ahmad was a Specialist Leader at Deloitte LLP, where he collaborated with pharmaceutical and medical device leaders to develop and execute omni-channel and IT transformation strategies.
Ahmad’s career also includes leadership positions at Alphaeon, where he focused on business analytics, sales operations, and ERP implementation, and at Allergan Pharmaceuticals, where he led commercial operations, CRM, data management, and analytics initiatives. Ahmad holds a Master of Business Administration from Duquesne University and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
